Size and wear recommendations:

• Open by pushing opposite ways on the side with the inner dot
• It may be stiff to open on the first time but can open wide enough to fit over for closure
• Should fit most wrists up to a size 14-17 but would recommend measuring your wrist, especially if you have wider wrists or bigger wrist bones
• Either use a measuring tape to measure your wrist, ensuring that it's less than 17.5cm. Alternatively, measure your wrist with a piece of string or ribbong and mark it. This can then be measured against a ruler to confirm if size is less than 17.5cm
