 PLEASE NOTE: We're closed for Christmas and New Years from the 23rd - 1st January 2024. All orders placed after 1pm on the 22nd December - 1st January will be dispatched on the delivery service selected at checkout on the 2nd January. If you require your order urgently between Christmas and New Year, please email customer services with the subject URGENT to hello@styleofbeyond.co.uk along with details and a contact number and someone will be in touch to assist where possible.

Delivery Information:

  • Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day.
  • We do not process any deliveries over weekends or on bank holidays
  • If next day delivery is selected after 1pm on Friday, your order will be dispatched on a Monday and will be with you Tuesday.
  • All orders require a signature upon receipt so please make sure someone is going to be at the delivery address to sign for it.
  • Please check your delivery address as we're not responsible for incorrectly inputted addresses or charges/re-delivery applied to them

 

Standard Delivery:

  • FREE when you spend over £55 or £3.99 if less
  • Delivery within 1 – 3 working days
  • Tracked and signed for service with Royal Mail

 

Next Day Delivery:

  • £5.50 for delivery Monday - Friday (in stock items ordered before 1pm) Excludes weekends and bank holidays
  • Tracked and signed for service with Royal Mail
  • If selected after 1pm Friday, your order will be dispatched Monday and will be with you Tuesday

 

Saturday Delivery:

  • £8.50 for delivery on Saturday when you order by 1pm on Friday (excluding bank holidays where you’ll need to order by Thursday)

Next Working Day Special Guaranteed by 1pm (excl weekends. Order by 1pm):

  • £9.00 for delivery the following working day when you order by 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays)
  • Delivery charge guaranteed to be received the next working day by 1pm with Royal Mail
  • If it does not delivery on time, full refund of delivery charge will be provided (please notify us)
  • Fully tracked and signed for
  • If you order after 1pm on Thursday, your order will be received on Monday
  • If you order after 1pm on Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday


Saturday Special Guaranteed by 1pm (order by 1pm Friday):

  • £15.00 for delivery on Saturday when you order by 1pm Friday (excluding bank holidays which you will need to order by 1pm the working day before)
  • Delivery charge guaranteed to be received on the Saturday by 1pm with Royal Mail
  • If it does not delivery on time, full refund of delivery charge will be provided (please notify us)
  • Fully tracked and signed for
  • If you order after 1pm on Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday and delivered the next Saturday. Please call us if you want to order after 1pm on Friday and we will try our best to accommodate where possible.

 
European Delivery:

  • £15 for delivery approx. 3-6 working days
  • Tracked and signed for service with Royal Mail

 

International Delivery:

  • £20 for delivery approx.. 5-8 working days (some countries may vary and we cannot account for customs delays)
  • Tracked and/or Signed for service with Royal Mail
  • We do not cover any additional costs such as import duties, taxes and charges which are the responsibility of the buyer

 

Undelivered items:

It is vital to ensure you enter your correct delivery address upon ordering, and that someone is available at the property to accept and sign for your order on the day of delivery. If an item is returned to us after an unsuccessful delivery attempt or if the delivery is refused, we will contact you. If the item has been returned to us, re-delivery will be at the buyers expense for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect address
  • Nobody at the property to sign for the item
  • Item uncollected from your local depot
  • Refused delivery

Alternatively, you can receive a refund for the order minus the original delivery costs.

An admin charge of £5.00 will also be applied to cover the cost of the return to sender and repackaging. This also applies if a refund is requested instead of a re-delivery.
