EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS

All orders placed between the 14th November 2023 - 21st December 2023 are eligible for extended returns to the 8th January 2024, or 28 days from receipt (which ever is latest depending on when you ordered), for website credit or a refund.

 

Our policy…

  • You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return your item/s to us
  • Returns postage costs are not covered and are the responsibility of our customers 
  • A refund will be granted providing the item is returned in it’s original condition received, with all tags attached
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase
  • We do not currently offer exchanges as we do sell out of stock quickly. We recommend reordering if you need an alternative size, style or colour
  • All returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt, although it’s usual much faster – usually only 3 days
  • Card refunds can take up to 3 working days to show back as available balance in your account following a refund from us
  • Outbound delivery charges will be deducted from the total refund
  • If you received free delivery (over £55 spend) and you return any or all items that drop your total spend under this threshold, the standard UK delivery charge of £3.99 will be deducted as the order is no longer eligible for free delivery
  • If you use on of our returns labels from Royal Mail, £3.50 will be deducted from your refund for the use. An additional .60pm will be deducted should you also use the Royal Mail collection service
  • The following items are non-refundable:
    - Any items that are worn, damaged, stained or not returned in their original condition
    - Personalised items
    - Items not in their original packaging
    - Items with their tags removed or tampered with
    - Pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons
    - Underwear or swimwear with missing protective guard, for hygiene reasons
    - Anything returned to us outside of the 28 days from receipt. Items must be received back to us by the 28th day. 
  • Please contact us should you, in the rare circumstance, receive a faulty item or have an issue with your order 

 

We just ask that you please…

  • Take care when trying on items as unfortunately we can’t refund any times that are marked or heavily scented with anything or for items not received in their original condition in any way
  • Package items safely and securely to ensure they don’t get scratched or damaged in transit back to us. We recommend using the protective packaging included like bubble wrap, foam and card to full cover delicate items and areas like jewellery, buckles, bag locks, hardware, etc. It’s our customers responsibility until it reaches us and we won’t be able to refund any items that are damaged in transit
  • Include items in their original boxes, if they come with one, and we ask that you do not stick anything to the box directly
  • Contact us within 7 working days of receipt should, in the rare circumstance, receive a faulty item or have an issue with your order
