How To Return

We hope you love everything but if you need to make a return for any reason, it's easy and you have 28 days to get it back to us.

Repackage your items in their original protective packaging, especially fully covering anything delicate (like hardware, belt buckles, bag locks, etc) with the card/foam/bubble wrap included, to ensure it doesn't get scratched or damaged in transit back to us.
Don't forget to include the invoice slip included in your order so we know it's yours when it reaches us! If you've lost this, please include a note of your order number clearly in your package.

You've got two options to choose from below:

  • Royal Mail Returns label:
    (£3.50 will be deducted from refund for use)
    Go enter your details and you'll get a label. This can be printed at home or they will also email you a QR code for printing at the post office. Please make sure the label is fully covering any existing labels/barcodes so it reaches us safely. If you print the label at home, you can also arrange a collection for an addition .60p
  • Use your own method:
    (Follow this option if you're outside of the UK)
    Address the package to: Style Of Beyond, Unit 9 Rivermead, Thatcham, Berkshire, RG19 4EP, UK and send it back to us using any carrier you like. We recommend a recorded service. Please make sure any existing labels/barcodes are fully covered so it reaches us safely.


What happens then?
Once received, your return will be processed accordingly within 7 working days of receipt, although it's usually much quicker (we always aim for 24 hours). You'll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
If you're being refunded to a card, please note that it can take a few working days to show back in your account as available balance, following our refund email.
