Delivery Information:

  • Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day.
  • We do not process any deliveries over weekends or on bank holidays
  • If next day delivery is selected after 1pm on Friday, your order will be dispatched on a Monday and will be with you Tuesday. 

Standard Delivery:

  • FREE when you spend over £55 or £3.99 if less
  • Delivery within 1 – 3 working days
  • Tracked and signed for service with Royal Mail

Next Day Delivery:

  • £5.50 for delivery Monday - Friday (in stock items ordered before 1pm) Excludes weekends and bank holidays
  • Tracked and signed for service with Royal Mail
  • If selected after 1pm Friday, your order will be dispatched Monday and will be with you Tuesday

Saturday Delivery:

  • £8.50 for delivery on Saturday when you order by 1pm on Friday (excluding bank holidays where you’ll need to order by Thursday)

European Delivery:

  • £15 for delivery approx. 3-6 working days
  • Tracked and signed for service with Royal Mail

International Delivery:

  • £20 for delivery approx.. 5-8 working days (some countries may vary and we cannot account for customs delays)
  • Tracked and/or Signed for service with Royal Mail
  • We do not cover any additional costs such as import duties, taxes and charges which are the responsibility of the buyer

Undelivered items:

It is vital to ensure you enter your correct delivery address upon ordering, and that someone is available at the property to accept and sign for your order on the day of delivery. If an item is returned to us after an unsuccessful delivery attempt or if the delivery is refused, we will contact you. If the item has been returned to us, re-delivery will be at the buyers expense for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect address
  • Nobody at the property to sign for the item
  • Item uncollected from your local depot
  • Refused delivery

Alternatively, you can receive a refund for the order minus the original delivery costs.

An admin charge of £5.00 will also be applied to cover the cost of the return to sender and repackaging. This also applies if a refund is requested instead of a re-delivery.
