Hi Style Squad,
As a lot of you may know already, we’re a very small, close team so it’s very important that we all stay safe and healthy.
In light of the current situation with the COVID-19 virus, our staff are self isolating at home and it will just be myself, as Director, continuing to manage the customer service emails, phones and package orders where I can. Steve may also assist on some emails from home where possible.
Because of this, and the continued high volume of the above, please be patient with my response times - it may take a bit longer than usual as it is just me managing it all on my own. I will continue to do my best to ensure all orders go out on time, however, your understanding and patience during this time is much appreciated.
Currently, all orders will be dispatched and delivered as normal. You’ll be kept up to date via email and here if any orders will be affected.
