I'm really sorry to hear your feedback :( We've restocked this style on multiple occasions without any issues prior so I can only apologise again that you've had the issue. I can see that, in line with the UK consumer contract regulations, we offered a refund or replacement on the skirt that experienced a fault. I can see a refund was requested and this has already been processed in full. The photos sent of the blazer did not indicate a fault, like the photos of the skirt did and therefore, as it's already been worn, we were unable to offer a refund on the blazer as it was purchased separately - not as a coord or suit set. I can see that we have asked you to get in touch should you have an issue with the blazer at any point so we can assist. However, as mentioned, this has been a popular style so I trust you won't have any further issues. - Keri xx
